Yachtsman Hotel & Marina Club

It was a great place to stay when we stayed here 3 times a few years back. Now it's been extensively renovated and it's even better. Beautifully redone. Staff friendly and helpful. My problem is that it now just costs more than it's worth. There's a $38 per night " resort fee" for which our get basically nothing of any real value-- at least in the Fall when you can't use the pool , the beach passes, beach towels, etc. it's like having a $38 cup of coffee every morning with a small pastry. Not a good value anymore. But it's still a really nice place to stay.

Close to town, but private...thought room was very nice. Thought bathroom was terrific and enjoyed the rain-type shower head! Your decor suited my tastes like no other place I have stayed; does not hurt to have the boats outside either....very very pleasant. Wished I had stayed around a bit more to enjoy your restfulness.

Stunning location with beautiful accommodations

This spot is amazing. First class all the way while being quaint. Walking distance to town but they have complimentary bicycles so we rode to town. We will be back.

Gorgeous location. Kind and helpful staff. If I were to complain about anything, it's that the internet speed was very slow. However, I'm glad that it was slow, because it forced me to work less and enjoy the beautiful Kennebunkport scenery more.

Just disappointed about breakfast included. They only hang on your door a couple of small pastries before 8:00am each morning.

Beautiful Kennebunkport, very clean conveniently located motel. Lovely very accommodating management. Looking forward to coming back and staying for longer.

Location amazing. Complementary use of kayaks and bikes. A paper bag is placed on a hook outside your door with a daily pastry each morning. Easy walking to shops & restaurants. The decor is a bright cottage feel. Large walk in shower with high end toiletries. Unique floating swimming pool.

Very comfortable and clean room. One minor comment that "breakfest" is a bag of cookies and muffins hung on the door. To me, that is not breakfest

Our stay was excellent. We tend to stay away from motels but this place was amazing! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! you are right on the river to watch boats go by, free access to bikes and kayaks and a 5 minute walk to town...If that! Plus, the rooms are absolutely adorable and clean! Loved it!!
