Great views and good accommodations, staff is courteous and helpful. Condition was average, definitely some wear and tear, but not enough to make it uncomfortable. Nice pool and hot tub.

Hanno piscina, palestra, lavanderia, sala giochi tutto gratuito per i clienti e senza limitazioni. Mettono a disposizione un angolo colazione con bagel, formaggio spalmabile, frutta, cereali, latte, caffè, the (si può prendere la roba e portarla in camera, noi la abbiamo consumata nelle aree comuni vista panorama).

Negli alloggi sarebbe perfetto avere a disposizione prodotti come olio e sale/pepe. Potenzierei le aspirazioni nei bagni!

The staff is courteous and friendly and go out of their way to make your stay pleasant; however, it is apparent that the owners do not care much about maintaining the resort. The parking lot and resort road are nothing but potholes, and the furnishings are dated and worn. The units have a small kitchen; however, the equipment needed to cook is falling apart or is pretty much useless.

The washing machine is free. That’s about it.

This place is extremely run down, old & in need of a huge fix up. The room carpets were stained, the amenities super old and worn out. It wasn’t comfortable at all, the staff really weren’t helpful when we were put in a room with seperate beds. The staff just didn’t ‘know’ how to fix the problem. Was just not a great place & on top of it, was expensive.

The look of the place was a little less than what we had hoped for. It was quite weathered in some aspects but ok in others. The issue we mainly had was house cleaning never showed up to tidy up from day to day. Then when my Girlfriend called to inquire about when the my come they told us it should be every day. We informed them this hadn’t happened they apologized but did not send anyone up to replace towels or linens or remove trash. So I had to make a stops to the front desk and tell the desk attendant in person. Someone showed up about an hour and half later. It was close to 8pm and we were leaving the next morning.

I love Steamboat Springs! I stayed two nights at Legacy Vacation Resorts, Steamboat Hilltop, and it was a great experience. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had excellent amenities. The view from the resort was absolutely amazing. The lobby was very welcoming, with a convenient grab-and-go breakfast in the morning. I also enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and hot tub, as well as the well-equipped fitness center. Parking was easy, and overall the stay was smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this resort for anyone visiting Steamboat Springs.

My side of bed made cracking sounds everytime I got up from it. Mattress was not the best.

I worked with 2 GM’s (Nancy and Sam) to plan a family reunion. I came out prior to the reunion and Nancy gave me a tour of the property. She answered all my questions and researched some other info I was needing. A week prior to our arrival date Sam called me and called each one of our family members that had reserved rooms to see if we needed any assistance. We did explain to him we needed some things in order to pull off our family reunion cookout. Sam made sure propane tanks were full for grills. He had staff pull out extra chairs and tables and set up on patio. The gentleman that worked the day shift was so helpful and accommodating (forgot his name). Our family reunion was a great success. We had the whole back area to ourselves and stayed out there all day and night eating and playing lots of family games. The fire pit in the evening was a big hit. Staff would come light for us every evening. Our family enjoyed playing in the game room and had a mini indoor picnic while playing games. Yes building is outdated but our room was immaculately clean. Thank you for making our family reunion a great success. So many great memories made for our family reunion.
