It is a small boutique hotel where all employees going well above and beyond while taking care of the guests. From hotel reception (Victoria helped us a lot) to serving staff of the signature restaurant - everybody was about guests.

How friendly the staff were

Some maids walk into the room unannounced which can be disturbing but I’m sure it’s with no intention
