"Sehr erholsam, mit kulturellen Eigenheiten"

Ruhiges exklusives Hotel mit der Möglichkeit die Pools und Aktivitäten der dazugehörenden Hotels Mediterranean Palace und Cleopatra Palace mitzunutzen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und geht auf Wünsche ein. So durften wir beim Frühstück das berühmte Gofio kosten. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr umfangreich, parallel kann man diverse Gerichte auch a la carte bestellen, was auch im Frühstück inkludiert ist. Der Mittwoch Abend mit der Soul Night ist auch sehr gut, beim zweiten Mittwoch durften wir uns andere Vor- und Nachspeisen aussuchen, weil das Standardmenü ist da jede Woche gleich.

Leider ist es teilweise wie in einem Reisefüher als kulturelle Eigenheit beschrieben: Die Informationen die man mündlich bekommt oder per Internet, müssen nicht mit der Realität übereinstimmen. Zu den Aktivitäten wie zum Beispiel Aquagym muss man sich die Infos über mehrere Quellen erfragen. Es werden freundlich falsche bzw. nicht mehr gültige Infos gegeben (Ort und Zeit mehrmals falsch). Touren zum Teide organisiert man besser selbst über das Internet. Bezüglich Services sind auch nicht alle Mitarbeiter am letzten Stand. Dass man die Loro Parque Tour auch bequem am Stand vom Mediterranean Palace aufs Zimmer buchen kann, muss man auch selbst herausfinden. Das Fitness Center ist für Sir Anthony Gäste gratis. Das erfährt man auch nur über mehrere Klicks auf der Home Page. Also der Check In mit Erklärungen hat noch viel Luft nach oben! Bei anderen Hotels in dieser Klasse habe ich da schon wesentlich besseres erlebt.
