Nice place to go if you want to be out of the main attractions, clean pool, bar staff friendly and main hotel building clean / beautiful grounds , good air conditioning

This is not a 5*, sunloungers basic, rooms need updating- basic kettle/minimal milk provided. All the little touches that make 5* in other hotels I have been to this seems to lack. Hotel food / drink prices quite pricey. Outside shower area to change on the way home resembles a leisure centre, either use that or inside toilets which is not ideal however they were clean . Some staff quite dismissive- particularly breakfast times and some reception. Seems like their work is a chore. Again not 5* level . Shame as lets some of the hard workers down- pool bar staff particularly friendly and helpful . Only go if you get a good deal. Can pay similar and get extra touches you would expect from a 5*

Room was quite small and outside area lacked privacy.

Dat we bij de derde kamer eindelijk kregen wat we geboekt hadden.

De eerste en tweede kamer waren zó klein, niet schoon en met veel gebreken inclusief kakkerlakken

Staff were very helpful and anything we asked for they helped, late check out until 2pm was free. So greatful 💖

Pequeno almoço incrivel, havia uma senhora brasileira no pequeno almoço extremamente prestavel e simpática, nao me recordo do nome, mas sem duvida que fez a diferença. O conceito vilas é muito giro e acolhedor

Chegámos as 15:18h o quarto ainda não estava pronto, tivemos de esperar até quase as 16h, fomos até ao quarto indicado no cartão, a porta não abria, estava um calor insuportável e eu estou grávida, tivemos de estar a espera que aparecesse alguém no buggy para nos prestar auxilio uma vez que nem estávamos perto da recepção , por fim apareceu alguem da manutenção que acabou por conseguir chamar alguem de um buggy de transporte que conseguiu ligar para à receção e confirmar o quarto, pois o do cartão estava errado, dirigimo-nos finalmente para o quarto correto.
