Hampton Inn Lebanon

The two rooms I had reserved were to have 2 beds each. Each room had 1 bed and the only choice we had was to put a roll away in each room. The gentleman at the front desk was unwilling and incapable of making any room changes because “this is a booking.com mistake” when my reservation was clearly for 2 beds in each room. I would not recommend this hotel.

The so called comfort chairs in the breakfast room are horrible! Ugly and look worn. No chair in the room other than an office chair. No handicap or any rail to hold on to if you want to wash the bottom of your feet in the shower! We are not handicapped but its eerie as open as the shower is. Laundry area needs to be moved away from the elevator!!

It's was an ok place if you can't find something else but way overpriced for an old outdated hotel.

Stay somewhere else if possible if you have or need mobility ♿ rooms. I called 3 times including the day of arrival to confirm my room was mobility ada approved accessible. Told yes . When I get here it is far from that. No rails around the commode or correct in the tub. Not enough space for mobility device for my wife in the bathroom. When I asked the young lady at the front for a change she informed me that this is a handicapped room and I tried to explain that it did not meet ada requirements. She said it was all they had . The one room. I explained to her that under ADA guidelines a hotel of this size (58 rooms,she herself told me that) was required by law to have 4 correctly set up mobility accessible rooms I got that the previous owners did not do that. Not my problem. Also the closet door has a homemade handle in it that cut my hand when I tried to shut it. The ice maker on the first floor was down. The exterior entry doors that have signs stating they are locked at all times do not lock and per the night auditor the owners have been told for several months and chose to not do anything. Also the outside sodium lights are laying on the ground after being attempted to be held up by duct tape. Pool was too cold to use (indoor) and lastly trash laying outside on the ground in bags. I guess when you are the only game in town you can do what you want. I have to say that the staff was and is very nice,just dealing with a lot of needs.

Drug overdose in room across from mine in early hours of Monday morning. Scary and chaos.

It was very nice property and was convenient to where I needed to be during my visit.
