USArrived at hotel to be met with Marijuana smell on the first floor towards the back door. Get to our room. 216. Upon entering the room, it smelled like urine/musty immediately. It would've been nice to have been met with complimentary water and cute little chocolate kisses like the danville Kentucky location, but oh well. Tv and the whole room has an outdated feel/look. Check everything out, find urine stains on our box spring underneath mattress! Got moved to a different room. Third floor, same outdated look. At least there weren't urine stains on this bed, though. Pool was about the only thing we enjoyed.
USBe aware! This hotel has very questionable practices. Our family stayed there due to a family member's funeral that we needed to go to in town. We used our rewards to book our stay. The rewards got taken out. Then we also got charged over $300 on the credit card that they ask for "accidental damages". The same thing happened to our relative that stayed there during the same nights. He also used rewards to book his and his family stay and also got charged the full price. We called this hotel and explained the situation to Anthony who works there. He says he has no idea what happened and cannot do anything about it. Very disappointing experience. Do not recommend this hotel.
