USUSThis was our 2nd time here this year and everyone was so nice. The food was good and the place was clean and comfy beds.
However, the people in the the room a crossed from us were loud and had music blasting at 4am. This was the only part about our stay i didn't like.

Where do we start? They sent several emails welcoming us and telling us we can check in by phone and to be sure to wear masks for COVID. Never once did they state that they were under construction. We tried the phone check in to be told we could not do it at that time and try later. Fine. We decided to just check in in person. When we arrived we were told to " please excuse their construction". We were not aware that the whole hotel was under renovations, inside and out. We were directed to park in a construction zone. We then had drywall dust every where in our room causing a medical episode. They had signs posted on the walls in the hallways, dated from 7/15, saying the water maybe turned off during our stay. We stayed in October do they had plenty of time to notify us of these conditions. They had the hallway taped and draped with plastic so they could rip out old plaster to tape and re-mud right in front of our room, while we were in there. The air purifier that they had for the whole floor was at the end of the hall and not working. They had bags and buckets in front of the first floor stairwell so in an emergency you could not get out of that stairwell. They also had an exterior door that was never locked. No key necessary to enter. Not safe. All this for over $425 for 2 nights. At that price we deserve much nicer accomadations. When we brought our concerns to the front desk we were given a slight reduction for our stay, only had to pay $332. Still outrageous. When we asked why they couldn't work on a floor that was empty and put guest in the other floors we were told they were booked solid. Yet, online you could book a room for that night for $89. So we were lied to. We were taken for a financial ride with this hotel. Be warned, do not book here. After our stay we received another email saying thanks for staying and we hope you enjoyed your stay!
