USStaff was incredibly friendly. Recommended restaurants in the area that were very, very good. The breakfast was very hot and tasty.

The side door wasn’t locked so anyone could have entered the building at any time
Property still under renovation… staff great working thru it but sub contractors could definitely help by putting stuff away and not having stuff flying all over … Hilton management needs to do their job and assist the hard working manager there! Staff wonderful with southern hospitality and doing best they can …
They are currently renovating the hotel, so construction equipment and storage are in and around the hotel. Which is not a bad thing. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly.

Rooms were being renovated. I was not aware prior to booking otherwise I would not have stayed here. All rooms beside us and across from us were being renovated. Construction material in hallway, plastic on floor. Noise early in morning. Some smells from paint and materials. Also, requested handicap accessible room. It was the very last room in the hallway. Difficult to use walker with plastic on the floor. No handle bars in restroom. Nothing in room was handicap accessible. Most of the handicap parking spots had construction materials in them, so there wasn’t many parking options.
Breakfast was good. The large fridge/freezer was a surprise. 2 large towels isn't enough for 2 adults. There was no cover for the sink drain hole. Wallpaper was falling off the walls. The side door was supposed to be locked at night but there was a thick extension cord in the inside outlet with the cord outside. The parking lot had glass in it. There was construction going on but don't know what, definitely less parking spaces. Dirtiness on the carpeting on the stairwell was there when we arrived and still there 2 days later. I would not recommend this place at all.
