Here’s my story, I went to your site and booked a room at Hampton inn Lebanon ky, it was suppose to be two queens but when they arrived they said they had none And we had to try and reach your site which I messaged back and got service from hotels.com , the manager was going to give me break on the room but because you didn’t calll them back I didn’t get my break, we paid for two queens and had to settle for one queen n rollaway bed , you shouldn’t sell rooms your site says you have , very disappointed on your service ok

good place for overnight stay
Showers were ok and the room was clean. Staff was as accommodating as could be. There was no notification of closed pool. Construction materials around facility, blocking parking spaces. Doors to side entrance unlocked 24/7. Bedside lamp didn’t work.
Breakfast is also good.
USThe breakfast was wonderful! The staff were all so friendly. It was great Southern hospitality from start to finish. Rooms were very clean. We had a great experience and plan on visiting again!
We did have a problem with the tv remote control. But really no big deal for us.
Pillows had poor support, the mattresses are very old and stiff, poor support as well. Woke up in pain :( The gym only had one working exercise machine the other two were broken, no weight rack. The room was musty and smelt strange, the bathroom fan did not work. We didn’t receive room service the entire stay. Microwave shorted out all the other appliances in the entire room and got crazy hot. TV remote batteries are dead but that’s a quick fix Two nice things; the staff is friendly, even if a little casual, breakfast was good
USOnly issue was the shower handle wasn’t on correctly. So adjusting the hot water was a little inconvenient but once we figured it out, it wasn’t bad.
