Very roomy

Nice, clean room and fast service. Outside areas of property getting a bit run down and dirty. Could use some paint.

I did not like having a 9-5 front desk. We loved the view from the room.

The property was clean, comfortable, and has easy access to the beach. Check in was easy and the condo was well equipped.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The location is perfect. Like many of the properties in the area, it is sligtly dated. But unlike many others, it is a true condo, complete with a separate bedroom, full kitchen, and full size washer and dryer. The unit was very clean and comfortable. All of the units face the gulf, so that's a plus. And the staff was extremely friendly. They even allow you to use (free of charge) their collection of beach chairs and umbrellas that have been left by previous guests. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful one bedroom condo nicely furnished and staff at desk was wonderful

We had a great stay at South Beach. I would stay again. There is only one suggestion I would recommend. At night, when the staff leaves, the front door is left unlocked. Anyone could come in, go up the elevators to any room. It would be safer to use your room key to either open the front door or enter the elevator.

Wonderful homey rooms, great view, gorgeous beach, super friendly staff, awesome area. 11/10 highly recommend
