Pool was never cleaned Shuffleboard full of sand and water No lighting in hallway at night unsafe No lighting at pool

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and had what we needed for our 4 night stay. The front desk was very helpful in answering our questions and also very accommodating to us. We were in room 205, not the best Gulf view but a great condo.

The only issue I had with property and it is no fault of theirs - the property next door is being totally renovated and at times it was noisy with truck traffic. I was on the north end of building and property being renovated was just to North.

Loved our stay. We come every year to South Beach Condo Hotel. It’s a great place to relax by the beach with all the comforts of home!

Pretty far back from beach, loud next Door, construction next door not As peaceful as expected. No room service Not many amenities

The condo was perfect size for our family. View was spectacular! Great place to stay, very quiet and beach was well maintained!

Perfect location and condo was really nice the best part was the washer and dryer in the unit, next time we won’t bring so many clothes bc we can wash easily!!

It is a nice Condon and safe. The receptionists know how to greet and direct guests productively and respectfully. I appreciate their effort and kindness in their work.

Room floor was not clean and seating furniture sand dirty....pool area also needs extra taken care of. Other than that great property and service. Highly recommended.
