The Brothers Karamazov Hotel

Отличное месторасположение, недалеко от центра, но тихо. Отель небольшой и уютный отель, дизайнерский номер довольно просторный.

Amazing hotel, great breakfast, clean rooms, comfortable all the way. Staff was so nice and friendly specially Barbara, the administrator, they did everything to make our stay in St Petersburg unforgettable.

The room was nice and clean, the mini bar contained everything we needed. There is great working WiFi. The next Metro station is in a walking distance of about 5 to 10 minutes. On the way there are grocery stores, small restaurants, banks and a pharmacy. The entrance to the hotel is in a courtyard and also the windows are to this yard so the rooms are quiet. They know there might be mosquitoes in the rooms and provide mosquitoes plug ins in every room. The restaurant is small but nice and clean and the menue is adequate. Bufet breakfast was included and they offer a nice choice of russian specialities (like blinis)

Perfectly pleasant budget stay for a few days in St Petersburg; about a 15 minute walk to the more picturesque parts of town. Staff perfectly friendly. The breakfast was basic, as were the rooms - and a pity that the shower often leaked onto the bathroom floor.

Прекрасный небольшой отель, доброжелательный персонал, удобное расположение. Единственный минус - у нас был номер под крышей (4-й этаж) и было шумно от "механизмов" на крыше, довольно сильный гул от блоков кондиционеров/вытяжек или что-то вроде того, летом это не позволяло надолго открывать окно. Так же в баре отеля вечером не было никакого "вменяемого" пива, кроме баночной балтики 7 и остатков какого-то обычного разливного. А в целом - приветливый персонал, быстрое заселение, отличные завтраки, с нами в тот период проживало несколько иностранцев. Рукой подать до Невского (5-10 минут ходьбы).

We were very disappointed with the quality of the hotel, the reason we choose this place was because we read the reviews and the hotel was rated 4 stars. We usually pick 4 stars hotels and compared with the ones we stay in Moscow and Kazan, this is not even a 3 stars, everything in the room was commercial grade, the carpet, the toilet and hand soap dispensers, the furniture and so on. The breakfast was poor quality (yogurt container hot, when ordered over easy eggs they came hard, etc) This is the first time a write this kind of comments, but I was very upset for paying for a 4 star accommodation a getting a very poor one.

Staff are ALL friendly and helpful, specially Anna from the night shift. The view on Nevsky Avenue at December night recommended is fabulous. The only thing could be improved is the breakfast. End at 10 is really too early. Maybe add more choices as well.

We enjoyed our stay there for five days. Friendly staff. Comfortable room with good night sleep. Just a short walk from metro, with supermarkets and cafes nearby.
