Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer gebucht, aber das Bett war kein Doppelbett. Es waren zwei Einzelbetten zusammengestellt worden, was uns die ganze Nacht über unbequem war. Als wir am nächsten Tag aufwachten, hatten wir furchtbare Rücken- und Lendenwirbelsäulenschmerzen.

Très mauvais accueil par l'un des serveurs parlant que l'allemand lors du petit-déjeuner, je me suis faite presque agressée pour un jus d'orange à 10h03, en plus c'était mon anniversaire...honteux...encore + pour un 4 étoiles !!! Heureusement que le 2ème serveur italien a rattrapé la situation comme il a pu, je pleurais à table est-ce normal ?? Je ne recommanderais absolument pas votre établissement, surtout que nous avons été logé dans un bâtiment en ruine/travaux bien loin des prix exorbitants qu'on a payé ! De plus les bains inclus dans le prix sont dans un état pitoyable... même dangereux !! À fuir absolument !!!
