We love the hotel, your crew and the city. Everyone there was great, we especially enjoyed visiting with Juan Carlos. A special treat was when Ricardo brought a TV from home so we could watch the US football playoff game. Best wishes to all and see you next January Regards Jim and Nancy

This was a lovely hotel, great location, wonderful staff, lovely rooms. Good service in the restaurant and bar and good food. Would definitely stay there again and we recommend it.
