"It was a nightmare that I am still dealing!"

They will talk you into a cancelled refund and then NOT deliver the refund. Wont ever book this location again! Pool pictures looked nice online though.

Comfortable, clean

1. The pool and hot tub were out of commission for the day. It was one of the reasons we booked that property. 2. The bathroom sink was leaking and the underside of vanity appeared like it wasn’t the first time. All of this was discussed with the person on duty.

I was there an extra night due to extreme weather conditions. Several other guests were stranded also. The desk staff were very helpful and got us an early shuttle to the airport so we could make our flight. I also appreciated ready made oatmeal instead of less healthful choices.

Now, bed and pillows were good the room and bathroom were clean.

The shower was terrible no pressure whatsoever, the showerhead was junk. The bathroom towels were crunchy, they need to start using fabric softener.

The room was clean and as expected. Breakfast was great.

Pool was FREEZING COLD. staff told us when we asked about the pool temperature that the greater was broken but it was still considered safe to be open, they said they were waiting for a part so it could get fixed. Then we read other reviews and saw it's been broken for over a year! Yikes, staff was rude about it and maybe it seem as of it was a new problem and it clearly wasn't. We also had a large group (including six children)and paid for two rooms, we asked if we could use the tables in the dining room to eat pizza we order we were told no. Also rudely. This was it second time at this location, the first time was wonderful, this time was not even close to wonderful.

"It would have been a near perfect stay had the pool conditions not been so poor."

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The facilities were clean for the most part. The breakfast was good. The value was fair

The pool facilities were absolutely disgusting. The pool had a musty odor to it. The kids were afraid to swim in it. It was very disappointing.
