Clean and comfortable rooms.

We chose this hotel for the pool and waterside. We were informed that the breakfast hours had changed when checking in but not the swimming hours. There was a paper sign posted that had alternative swimming hours to the ones posted online that we planned on but it was also misprinted so we showed up to a locked door. The facilities were great when they were actually open, they need to be open in order to be worth booking a hotel to use them. Breakfast was bad, rotten fruit and sour milk in the dairy case. No eggs or any type of meat on a Sunday morning is fine for a $100 range hotel room, I'd consider that bad value for a room that costs this much.

La ubicación, la atención de las tres hermosas mujeres que me atendieron al llegar fueron muy atentas amables y comprensivas , todo muy limpio el desayuno muy bien y la ubicación excelente

Escogí ese hotel por la piscina con tobogán para que mi hijo disfrutara de su cumpleaños porque a el le gusta mucho la piscina pero cuando nos disponemos a ir a la piscina nos encontramos que estaba cerrada y eso nos molestó ya que mi hijo se frustró por eso!! Cuando hice la reserva no decía nada sobre que la piscina estaba serrada! En la publicación la ofrecían como parte de el disfrute del hotel más sin embargo estaba cerrada me parece una publicación engañosa.
