Smelled bad

We arrived at the property as they were performing the overnight audits. The reservation did not transmit from booking leaving me with no recorded reservation and no way for the staff to track it. Only the payment transaction was successful. Leaving me there after midnight for more than 2 hours without a room. A full AI assistant just made a difficult situation worse.

Lost reservation, paying for something I could not use.

Unfortunately, nothing, it smelt like dog poop when he walked in the room, and there was a dog in the other room that continued to bark would not stop

We could not get comfortable with the smell as soon as we walked in to check in, my husband asked if we can use the restroom and the guy downstairs said there’s no restroom you can’t use one. My husband almost peed after driving 3 1/2 hours we had to hurry up and check in for him to go to the room to use the restroom as he went up there it smelled like dog poop.

From the moment we checked in, the staff was not welcoming and seemed irritated when I explained that I had booked through another website and that the payment had already been made. Unfortunately, the booking did not go through on your end, and I was trying to verify on my phone to ensure I wouldn’t be charged twice before making another payment. The reception on my phone was not working well, so I politely asked if I could use the Wi-Fi to check my booking. However, the staff informed me that Wi-Fi was not available unless I was already checked in. Because of this, I was unable to verify the issue on my phone, which added to my frustration and disappointment. During this time, the staff member appeared impatient and eventually asked a colleague to assist me. Additionally, when I entered the facility, I noticed that there was still trash left in the kitchen area, which gave the impression that the place had not been properly cleaned. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I hope this feedback can help improve your service and guest experience in the future.
