Extended Stay America Suites - Los Angeles - Simi Valley

Easy quick check-in. Parking was ok. Staff was polite and helpful. Luggage cart was helpful. Everything in the room seemed to be working ok.

The first two days the bathtub drain was clogged. one window was jammed shut. The other window was jammed open but only by a half an inch so not a big deal. Vending machine prices way too high. $3.25 for a small water bottle. The refrigerator motor was very loud so that became a little annoying at night while trying to sleep.

Cool woman very nice and helpful at check in. Place was clean bed comfortable bathroom nice large. Just how it should be

The room was comfortable.

The person that checked me in was not too friendly, I asked him if I can get a room on the top floor and he said there were none. He then gave me a handicap room which I did not want. I asked him if he had a different room for me and he gave me a room on the top floor. He did not state the room does not come with shampoo and I might want to take one from the front desk to the room. The room had flying bugs in the bathroom sink area.

And that it's literally right next to my business we share the same parking and a lot of the same issues with unruly clientele etc.

I was mistreated by staff and was forced to leave for no legitimate reason.

Not as clean as I expected. Not even soap was in the room. If it was not in the location I needed I would have went elsewhere. I do not plan on using this hotel again. Motel 6 would have been nicer. This was just a safer location then motel 6. But since I had to go out and buy shampoo and a blow dryer It seemed in convenient that hotel did not provide these.

Clean better. Provide things website says u have .
