Was accused of smoking cigars in room and charged $250 without being told of the accusation or the extra charge. Manager, Jazyleen Ruiz was the accuser. I DID NOT, NOR WOULD NOT, SMOKE ANYTHING IN ANY HOTEL ROOM UNLESS HOTEL PERMITTED. I am a grown adult woman who respects people and businesses. Ms. Ruiz is calling an innocent and honest person a liar and has attacked my morals, values and character with no proof of smoking other than stating she smelled cigar smoke. I don't smoke cigars. I smoke cigarettes. None-the-less, I don't break rules or laws and never have. Now I am being forced to challenge this with my credit card and possible legal action against this property. BTW, Ms. Ruiz was the one who checked me out of the hotel and she could have easily taken me to the room for a walk-thru upon check out (as does rental car companies). If this hotel's policies allow accusations with no proof, like what is happening to me, it will happen to other innocent guests. Lastly, Ms. Ruiz refused to give me my rightful copies of the contract and smoking policies forcing me to take the time to file complaints with 3 separate government entities who regulate hotels.

I have come here many many times and staying here at different lengths so I’m familiar with the whole property and some of the staff members and also the laundry room

One of the other staff members (maintenance) always gives me dirty looks though and can be rude which I don’t know why but the management already knows about him

Theres much more to say about my stay, the room was more then what we expected. What i loved more about the room was the little kitchen, We felt like home.
