La atención es excelente y la relación costo calidad muy bien.

Un poco lejos del centro, si no tienes auto es co.plicado el acceso.

Vše. Bylo to určitě nejhorší ubytování v Mexiku z 13 vyzkoušených a též nejhorší ubytování ze skoro 100 různých po světě co jsem si přes booking.com rezervovaval. Personál jsme vůbec neviděli. Komunikovali jsme přes Whatsup a než jsme získali co bylo objednáno trvalo to 3 hodiny a 37 minut od našeho příjezdu k ubutování. Majitelka se omlouvala, že je na pohřbu tchýně, což chápeme. Ale různě během těch skoro 4 hodin slibovala, že přijede a nebo posílala kusé informace vč. převzetí klíčů. Chápeme, že měla jiné strarosti, tak to měla připravit a poslat informace všechny a sama. Snídaně byl jen za účasti dalších hostů (personál jsme neviděli).... bylo tam pečivo cca 1,5 ks na osobu, banány, káva a čaj toť vše.... Sem již nikdy více. Psá o čistotě je zbytečné, Voda tekla jen zcela studená a v noci dokonce vůbec, takže sprchu jsme si nedali a odjížděli špinavý. Koupelna byla příšerně postavená, na záchod se nedalo sednout (kolena se nevlezla proti stěně). Musel jsem sedět bokem. V pokoji nebyl toaletní papír atd... atd... prostě hrůza.

El anfitrión te manda mensajes para que no te pierdas e incluso video para que sepas abrir y obtener tus llaves y la habitación asignada. Las instalaciones son cómodas, mas no lujosas.

No me dieron llave de una de las recámaras, de dos noches pretendieron dármela a las 11 de la noche de la última noche, cuando ya no me servía de nada.

Un hospedaje 100% recomendado, tiene todo, vale la pena, en relación a mi experiencia no hay ninguna queja ni inconveniente.

Tal vez la distancia, pero hay mucha accesibilidad a través del transporte público

Cinthia is such a wonderful and responsive host! She was able to extend my stay and I got to enjoy two different rooms. The matrimonial (double) bed with the heart mural and balcony for the first night, then on the second night we moved to the room with 2 double beds and a balcony. Cinthia has really created a beautiful and welcoming space, rich with animal and plant life. It's a little oasis outside the city center :) Casa del Nenufar is accessible with public transport & mototaxi combo, Didi, taxi or walking (~1h). Its not a place to base out of if you want to participate in a lot of centrally located activities, but its such a wonderful stay. The residence also has rooms suitable for larger parties or families :) The design and thought put into the space is wonderful and so inviting. There is fresh drinking water available for use, 2 kitchen areas, and free breakfast (various cereals, pan dulce conch etc, milk, bananas, apples, coffee). There are 2 refrigerators to store your items and the freezer and fridge both work well even though they look like they've seen better days. A few common areas available to hang out, a hammock, couches etc. The balconies on the room with 2 double beds and the matrimonial double bed room also have seating areas and beautiful views. There are towels and soap provided, adequate blankets and no real need for AC, though a fan is provided. Beds were most supportive in the room with two double beds and softest/most worn in in the matrimonial (double) bed room. Thank you so much for your flexibility and warm reception and invitation! Very minimal, but important to know, the car vendor will start to come by very early; they're on a megaphone and loud but thats part of the neighborhood you're in. The Google Maps/directions to Casa del Nenufar are a bit off and it can be confusing when arriving with taxi etc, I've included a photo to show what the outside looks like. The bathroom in the bedroom with 2 double beds has a shower that doesn't have a barrier nor a great angle for drainage, so any showers longer than ~10 minutes risk potentially flowing into the room and there is no squeegee type device to push the water back. It would have been nice in the double (matrimonial) bed room to have a stand to hold devices to charge on as the only plug is high on the wall, but i used my backpack for support and it worked fine. Quiet hours were communicated but some guests chose to unfortunately not observe them, so late nights and early mornings were present; though this is onviously not always the case, just our experience staying for a couple nights :)

Camera accogliente, pulita e spaziosa. Colazione molto minimal (latte, caffè, cereali e qualche biscotto), ma direi che per il prezzo totale va benissimo! Personale molto gentile, socievole e attento alle esigenze del cliente. Si trova in una posizione lontana dal centro. Per raggiungerlo è necessario prendere i mezzi, ma se si vuole trascorrere un soggiorno lontano dal caos del centro è perfetto!
