Nice pool, nice location.

Each room should have a mini fridge. That way people can keep a little food and drinks in their room. This is almost standard in the US now.

The place it’s beautiful except that they only have very small restaurant only open from 8- till noon no stores around very far from the downtown

We rented a “Villa” with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, AC everywhere. It was clean and spacious, 2 terraces and a parking spot. So you need to choose Villa 203 to have close parking and direct access to pool. Very quiet when your neighbours don’t put the music on 😉, and beautiful grounds with lot of birds. Comfortable bedding, the bathroom on the other hand, needed some fresh paint. The kitchen was equipped with all the basics but coffee machine did not have any filter. The villas are separated from the main hotel building but they get the same service. Downsides: 1) No phone to reach the reception so you need to walk to the hotel or call from your mobile 2) No restaurant service, only for breakfast. We were not lucky enough to try it because the only day we decided to go, it was closed ( the Chef was on his day off and they had no replacement) 3) Location: 20 to 30 min walk to the beach or any restaurant. 4) They did not have any English speaking staff , at least during our 3 nights stay. 5) not easy to find, street name takes you to a different hotel. But it is the very first street to the right when entering Ixtapa I recommend it for a family or a couple of friends

Everything is excellent except for the pool that needs attention. Staff always super nice. Rooms quite clean and modern.

The villas are perfect for a family or group of friends, if you’re going to be there for a couple of days, maybe a 5 minute drive to downtown ixtapa, lots of food and great beaches, the property also has a pool next to the villas which is cool. Definitely recommend staying here if you want to save some money instead of getting an all inclusive hotels by the beach.

Overall this is a good value hotel within a 20 minute walking distance to the Ixtapa commercial zone, restaurants and beach. Upon check-in there were a few items I had to resolve with the staff: safe wasn’t open, no towels and 2 bathroom lights burnt out. They resolved them in a reasonable amount of time. The hotel is clean and rooms are clean. I found it was easy to find a pool chaise in the mornings and afternoons, but evenings were busy. What is missing at this hotel is mini fridges to keep drinks and water cold, and access to a small on-site concession to buy water and snacks. You have to walk 20 minutes to access these things or taxi for 60 pesos.
