Todo muy agradable

Es un hotel que nos gusta mucho, muy comodo, super ubicado, excelentes instalaciones y un super precio.

Me fascino

Sabanas manchadas y sucias y no respetaron el precio del Desayuno el costo era $120 y lo cobraron en $150

Solo que chequen las hormigas y los bichos en la habitación. Fue lo único incómodo.

Second time staying here, this time it wasn't as pleasant as the first time. It was raining this time and water was coming through the walls and pooling inside the room, front desk wasn't interested in the fact, also one thing that really bothers me is that they only leave 2 towels per room regardless of how many are staying, for us we were 2 adults and 2 kids and front desk suggested kids reuse the adults towels. I would stay there again but I really hope management actually reads these reviews and pays attention to guest complaints.

Property situated in a private area surrounded by beautiful residences. Perfect for someone to get away from traffic and people. I traveled for vacation with little ones who constantly wanted something different so a local store would have been nice for example an Oxxo. The villa was equipped with everything needed to cook but again I wanted convenience as I came to relax. It is raining season so that was expected but the rain flooded our first and second floor. Sr. Miguel was very helpful and quickly moved us to another villa. I think I would have enjoyed my full stay had I stayed but I became member of one f the resorts so we moved on our second day. I would recommend the hotel anytime.

Mi estancia estuvo increíble. El hotel es muy cómodo, el personal muy amigable y atento, realmente tratan de brindarte un excelente servicio y te ayudan en lo que necesitas. La limpieza excelente. Definitivamente me volvería a hospedar sin dudarlo.
