Bed Bugs Were Killing Me

This property doesn't serve a continental breakfast although the Expedia listing shows it's included in the cost! The room was spacious. The two queen beds had very comfortable mattresses. Carpet was not very clean. Refrigerator was loud and we ended up unplugging it for for a more peaceful sleep.

It was not what we expected found live and dead roaches in the room and we stated here before in the past and was okay but this time around not cool

Horrible, horrible horrible stay away my family and I travel to Southern California in October mind you we were in a group of 10 they would not provide towels. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude to my mother for absolutely no reason and we were already going through a tragedy as a family.However, the gentleman at the front made up with a lack of service. extremely attentive to our families needs and understanding, unlike his wife.

Friendly staff and quick check in. Carpet in room was old and sofa, chair appeared dirty.

It was close to the freeway

I was in a smoking room it could have been freshener I was over with the smell of smoke.
