小龙's dedicated service is flawless. The hotel's kid policy is beyond our expectation. Kids food menu is free and charge and taste good. The sand villa room with pool is great.

The trip was a great experience, the staff were friendly and helpful .The resort island is cosy and scenic, with a variety of restaurants to choose from and a great spa experience! It was a memorable time!

We recently enjoyed staying at the Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa, which exceeded every expectation. While the Maldives is known for its postcard-perfect scenery and turquoise waters, what truly sets this resort apart is the exceptional hospitality that makes the experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and professionalism of the staff stood out. Every team member—from the reception to housekeeping, dining staff to boat crew—was genuinely committed to making our stay comfortable and truly special. There’s a distinct culture of care here, where guests are treated not like customers, but like family. Special touches like remembering our preferences, surprising us with personalized treats, and going above and beyond with service (even outside the usual duties) show why Sheraton Maldives stands out as one of the best resorts in the region.

Fantastic hotel/resort, location is excellent, beautiful setting and kept very well. We enjoyed every moment from the time of arrival to the time we exited the resort. Chefs at the resort catered to our needs, loved the station that included the spread with native dishes, pleasant surprise. Very courteous staff with big smiles. Will travel there if and when an opportunity comes up. Villa with the view of clear aqua blue water from bedroom and the bathroom is feeling of being on a luxury cruise.

I had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Maldives, celebrating my birthday in absolute paradise. I stayed in both the Beach Cottage and the Overwater Villa with Pool, and each offered a unique and memorable experience — from waking up to the sound of waves on the beach to enjoying private sunsets from the plunge pool. The culinary highlights were definitely Masala Hut, serving authentic Indian flavors with great warmth, and Baan Thai, where the balance of spice and flavor was exceptional. The staff there was exceptional, i wish i could remember names. The food was excellent in all the dinners i had there. A special thank you to Mr. Ajay Sharma, the Director of Operations, whose personal attention and hospitality truly made the stay special. Service across the resort was friendly and professional, and the overall ambiance was relaxed yet luxurious. A perfect birthday getaway — I look forward to returning.

ear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally express my strong dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa, which was marked by serious shortcomings in service, poor organization, and unprofessional behavior from certain staff members—most notably Mr. Rio Fernando. From the moment we arrived, we encountered a lack of structure, poor communication, and an overall absence of flexibility. One of the key activities we had planned—snorkeling—was cancelled at the very last minute without any prior notice. Despite repeated assurances that an alternative solution would be provided, no effort was made, and we were given only vague and empty promises. To make matters worse, our experience with Mr. Rio Fernando was especially frustrating. His attitude was not only unhelpful, but also arrogant and dismissive. Rather than offering assistance or trying to resolve our concerns, he contributed to the stress and discomfort of our stay. His behavior is entirely inappropriate for someone in a customer-facing role at a property that presents itself as a luxury 5-star resort. We had also opted for a full board package, under the clear impression that we could dine freely across the resort’s restaurants. However, after our meal, we were informed—without any prior clarification—that certain venues are not included in the package. This is not only misleading but feels intentionally deceptive. The reservation system was rigid, and no genuine efforts were made to accommodate us or offer goodwill. Overall, the service we received was more in line with a 1-star experience, not the premium, relaxing holiday we had paid for and expected. Given the numerous issues during our stay and the unacceptable attitude of Mr. Rio Fernando, I am requesting a formal apology and a substantial compensation to reflect the poor treatment and ruined experience. I trust you will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves and look forward to your prompt response.

The check in process took less than 5 minutes and we were shown to our room. The room was a decent size and came with an outdoor bathroom, mini bar with drinks and snacks. There was also a balcony with beach access. For breakfast and dinner, the main buffet was open with a large range of different food. For lunch, full board guests can have 5 restaurants included in their package and for all meals, complementary soft drinks and juices are also included. On the island, there is an excellent range of activities. The watersports were good, however the time for full board guests is quite short, with only 30 minutes a day for one room. The pool is big and has many chairs around it to sit on, so there is no need to reserve them, unlike many other places. The staff will also come round with complimentary watermelon slices for all guests. The beach is really nice with many places to sit and places to watch fish, sharks and rays at night. However, the actively participating entertainment is limited, with one activity a day and one talk a day. Overall, the experience was amazing and it was everything advertised on the website. There is not much to be improved on, maybe the biggest point being more transport around the island as some rooms are a long way from the main area, where most activities happen. This place is amazing and we will definitely consider coming back!
