Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa

We stayed at the property for 10 days and it was a wonderful family vacation. The staff are amazing!! Whilst there are many names, it’s a testament to the high quality of service I would like to give a special mention to Mifra (our overall report concierge), Ali at Anchorage Bar, Amrit who is the friendliest and most amazing bartender, Amaan who is a very knowledgeable dive instructor, Maria from the kids club plus numerous others. Our kids had an amazing time with a lot of activities to do on a daily basis and the food is of a very high standard even for ‘global citizens’ like our family. We stayed at the Beach Bunglow with pool which is right on the beach and gives great access to snorkelling and then at the Water Bunglow which has uninterrupted views and gives the deserted island feel of the Maldives vs. periodic views of Male on the other side which was the only downside hut cannot be helped. All in we will gladly return to the resort. Amazing Holiday!!

Our stay was fantastic. We are both truly glad that we were able to stay at Sheraton during our time in the Maldives. We were particularly impressed by the service of our supervisor, Mr. Haanee, the hospitality of all the staff, the beauty of the entire resort island, and the delicious food at the restaurants - it was the best accommodation experience of our lives. We stayed at other famous brand hotels in a similar price range during our trip, but this was the most comfortable, so we would definitely stay at Sheraton again when we come to the Maldives or in other countries. We had the most wonderful stay at this hotel during our honeymoon. The entire team was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, making our trip truly unforgettable. The food was both delicious and varied, offering plenty of choices each day. Our room attendant, Siraj, surprised us daily with his thoughtful touches — he is such a kind, tidy, and detail-oriented person. We are very grateful for his efforts. A special thanks also to Chef Hüseyin, who was not only an excellent host but also very warm, friendly, and helpful. He patiently answered all our questions and made us feel at home throughout our stay. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable and heartwarming experience.

We had one of the best holiday here earlier this week and the memory is still fresh in our minds. From check-in experience, to all meals we had at chinese, indian, fusion and buffet restaurants , the amazing crew at the kids’ adventure club, Ankit who helped with all coordination and till our the second we left the resort, everything was amazing. We missed the resort and the whole team already. We can’t wait to come back, hopefully soon! Highly recommended!

This was one of the best holiday destinations I have stated thus far.The Staff is so friendly,was welcomed so lovingly by Mirrah the Recreational Manager,Addy(love his vibe and the Island tour) and the rest of her team,Mirrah always ensured my needs was met...sweetest lady everrrr .The whole resort was amazing,the Kakuni Bar/Beach team...John,Emaan,Chef Tamil,the Anchorage Bar team as well.Loved the water sports team...so caring. The Breakfast team(Feast) as well...my waiter was amazing,the egg chef as well.The helper who cleaned my room Ziyaan and team.The Spa was awesome.Masala Hut team,Sea Salt team was also amazing.The Whole resort is awesome and caring.From the day I arrived.. the sweet arrivals guy...gave me the tour.Sales Manager sweet as well.Lobby Staff as well.Will definetly be back here🤗

A superb experience. All amenities including rooms, food, view were top notch. The cordial staffs made our trip really comfortable. I have to mention about Mr Jamal. His service and behaviour had been exemplary. A MUST go to place.

Everything about my experience was absolutely amazing 🤩 We were on our honeymoon and they welcomed us like VIPs with a speedboat to hotel then welcome drinks and wet face towel. We also had amazing service from our service manager Ankit who was available throughout our time via what’s app. We were given buggy for our travels and our water villa stay was like a scene from a movie. We had so much great fun with the activities and the food was outstanding, especially service from Khadijah at the sea salt restaurant when they surprised us with a lovely cake! Thank you team!

The sheraton maldivest is very good very 5star the location is very nice and the services is good and the view and location perfect for all tourists around the word

From the moment we arrived back at Sheraton Maldives Full Moon, it felt like returning to paradise. We’ve visited before, but the island still takes your breath away - crystal-clear waters, soft white sand, and lush greenery everywhere you look. It’s the kind of place that makes you slow down and soak it all in. Every corner of the resort feels designed to showcase the natural beauty of the Maldives. One of the most impressive aspects of the resort is its commitment to coral biodiversity. They’ve put real effort into rebuilding and protecting the reef, and it shows. Snorkelling around the island was genuinely incredible - such a rich and diverse marine environment. We were lucky enough to spot a bunch of reef sharks & couple of turtles, as an opportunity to swim alongside a massive sting ray for a while. It was one of those surreal moments we will never forget. The fact that snorkelling gear and paddle boards are free to hire makes it even easier to explore the beauty just beyond the shore. Dining across the resort was consistently great, but Baan Thai was on another level—and that’s entirely down to Phailin. She’s an absolute star. Her warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care made every meal feel like a special occasion. We found ourselves going back again and again, not just for the food (which was excellent), but because Phailin made it feel so welcoming - on the days she was absent - she was deeply missed. She’s the kind of person whose energy elevated everything around her, and eating at Baan Thai became one of the best parts of the trip. We also had fantastic service from Khadija at Sea Salt, who was always gracious and attentive, and Eyman at Kakuni Hut, who brought a relaxed, friendly vibe that made every visit a pleasure. And Ali at Anchorage was brilliant too - professional, welcoming, and always ready with a smile. But if there’s one person who truly made the trip unforgettable, it was Addy from the Recreation team. He’s got this incredible energy - funny, charismatic, and genuinely passionate about making sure guests have the best time possible. The shows he put on were absolutely brilliant, full of creativity and heart, and you could tell he put everything into them & how inclusive they were to adults and children alike. Beyond the entertainment, Addy went out of his way to make us feel welcome and appreciated. He noted that we had previously visited the island & made sure we were looked after, and showed us that loyalty to resort really does mean something here. It’s rare to meet someone who can make such a lasting impression, but Addy did exactly that. He’ll be a huge part of why we’ll be coming back. The personalised contact from Niki, one of the Loyalty Managers was a great touch. If I had to point out a couple of areas for improvement, the menus need work & the labelling at Feast could really use better labelling for people with food intolerances. It’s a small thing, but it makes a big difference for someone like me - and Feast didn’t feel welcoming at all as a result so I only visited the breakfast buffet once. And surprisingly, there didn’t seem to be much in the way of mosquito repellent measures around the resort, which felt like a bit of an oversight given the location & volume of mosquitoes during the off season. We have seen incense under dinner tables and citronella candles near areas of still water at similar resorts in Asia. We also enjoyed 2 beautiful visits to the Shine Spa and the only feedback here, was the lack of male massage therapists available. Overall though, Sheraton Full Moon delivered an incredible experience once again. The island is breathtaking, the team is exceptional, and the memories will stay with us for a long time. Already counting down to the next visit - when we can hopefully share the hotel with our loved ones. Max and Amit
