Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa

Our villa was right next to the lagoon so we never even went to the pool. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

We stayed at the Sheraton Full Moon for our anniversary and it exceeded all expectations. The island is stunning, beautifully maintained, and the staff are warm and welcoming. Special thanks to Shurufa for her wonderful care and to Maya for looking after our villa so well. A truly relaxing stay — we’d happily return and highly recommend it.

We had a lovely experience. Ankit made sure everything went smoothly and was a great help in making reservations and guided us well. Kids especially loved the water villa with pool. Would love to come back and stay at Sheraton again :)

My family and I, including our two small children, had the most incredible and memorable stay at the Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa. While the resort itself is stunning, what truly elevated our experience was the outstanding, personalized service we received, especially from our Guest Services coordinator, Ankit. From the moment we landed, the experience was seamless. We were met with complimentary airport transfers and, upon arrival, Ankit went above and beyond to ensure our family was comfortable, helping us get settled into our rooms. He took the time to personally escort us around the entire resort, patiently showing us all the amenities and making sure we knew where everything was. His attention to detail, and genuine care were evident throughout our stay, ensuring we felt welcomed and valued. He also got us a complimentary upgrade for the last night by recognizing my Elite status, this incredibly thoughtful gesture enhanced our entire experience and made our stay feel extra special. Thank you, Ankit, for making our trip to the Sheraton Maldives so amazing. We look forward to visiting the resort again in the future!

The itinerary decided on the spot, with the mentality of trying, I didn't expect everything to be so beautiful. There are few people in the rainy season, but the weather is very good. The hotel service is excellent. Especially Xiaolong, who can speak Chinese. There are many restaurants, and three meals a day can be different, and the taste is also great.

My scour will be 4.8 out of 5.0. But I am very very very impressed with the performance/support/hospitality of Mr. Hassan of your Indian curry restaurant.

There were a few things about the room that I thought could use improvement. 1) This is my biggest complaint. There is a clear glass, almost wall-size window separating bedroom from bathroom. The only privacy is provided by the wooden shutters that can be opened/closed from inside the bedroom. The shower and the toilet are inside glass compartments with no privacy film whatsoever. I personally don't enjoy the fact that whoever is in the bedroom - be it my child, husband, or lover - can randomly open the shutters and see me using the toilet or taking a shower, with no way for me to control that from inside the bathroom. 2) Bedroom floor tiles are way too rough, these tiles are more suited for outside decks. Even the floor in the bathroom is a lot smoother, which makes no sense since there is more water on the floor in the bathroom and more risk of slipping, therefore the floor should be more rough there if anywhere at all. 3) Comforter - way too heavy for this climate. I could not get a good night sleep, I was either too cold if i kicked it off or too hot under it. By comparison, the comforters in Kurumba resort are super light and the bedsheets and pillows are so soft and comfortable, I did not want to get out of bed there. In Sheraton, I couldn't wait to get out of bed. 4) The lotion provided smells terrible, I kept smelling myself thinking this is BO or the smell of old damp clothes - but no, it was the lotion I applied earlier. Please change it for everyone's sake.

I want to share my gratitude for all the staff at Sheraton, professional and attentive. Special thanks to Abderrahim at the reception, very welcoming gentleman and a thoughtful person. We are visiting again this weekend though i had thought of exploring more hotel here in Doha. But the experience at Sheraton was a top notch. As well, thanks to Irish Harp team for the vibes and hospitality. See you soon <3
