Dirty, noises, smelly, untrue statement.

Even the website say breakfast, there is really no breakfast. Even you selected non-smoking, all room smell like cigarettes.

This is a dangerous hotel . It lacks safety and security . There are dangerous individuals that obviously “live” at this hotel. There was verbal and physical fights upon our arrival. The room was not available even after 3pm. Upon returning later to finally get into the room assigned , they key did not work . My fiancé went to the front desk to get a new key . I stay at the room door . Upon entering , it was obvious there was a individual other than staff in the room . The balcony door (on the 3rd floor) was open and unlocked . There was a fresh boot mark on the comforter . There was a half eaten pizza on top of the refrigerator , empty Big Gulp in the trash, urine in the toilet and the bathroom door kicked in !! 3 Police cars were leaving as we came to the hotel an escorting people out . I immediately asked for a refund but was told to contact Expedia . I communicated and sent pics of the condition of the hot ,via chat to an Expedia assistance but nothing was resolved . My fiancé (police officer on St Petersburg SWAT) could not believe the hotel was being advertised as safe , after reading your policy online . I still have not gotten my refund nor heard back from Expedia. This was my first hotel booked thru your site and it will definitely be my last !

o me gusto para nada este hotel fue comenzando las vacaciones y fue el hotel # 3 que visitaba. En las opiniones habían gente que se quejaban, pensé están exagerando. Pero cuando llegue se quedaba corto las quejas. En el estacionamiento muchos deambulantes, habían sobrevendido las habitaciones una mujer llego a pelear a mi habitación. El pasillo parecía un party de Rasta por el olor a Marijuana. No, había desayuno lo ofrecieron y no es cierto. Pero como quiera no iba a comer. Lo que deseaba era que fuera de día para salir de allí. No, es seguro para las familias. No, lo recomiendo.

Front desk rude staff plus we made reservations and when we arrived there it was no rooms available

Worst experience- totally unreliable- can't count on your reservation- will surprise you with no availability- I had a reservation months in advance. Got confirmation from hotel on the day of check in but when I called them one hour before checking in , staff told me- there is no room left for you. You can imagine my frustration- I was traveling with two small kids and had driven 8 hrs to relax at that hotel. Made my life tough that night. Advice- don't make a reservation with them.

My room key had to be recoded every night, which really sucked when I was already so tired after exploring and being on my feet all day, the last thing I wanted to do was deal with key issues. The last night we were there, we got in late and there was no parking and were told we could park across the street (not at the hotel) and I refused and told them to find me a space as I had paid for the hotel and needed a space there. Then there was police activity at the hotel and two men went running down the hallway desperate to get into rooms. The hotel was VERY noisy, we were too tired to really care. The last morning was when I was the most grossed out because I noticed I wasn’t showering alone. There were cockroaches in the bathroom with me. My friend said they were there the whole time but I was too tired to notice.

We made the reservation 3 weeks in advance. Upon arrival we were told the hotel is sold out. We were never able to stay at this hotel. Luckily the owner was nice and found us another hotel.10 miles further though. We paid for the other hotel but Super8 still charged us for both nights we weren’t able to stay there because they were overbooked.
