Dirty place. Under construction. Unsafe environment. We walked away.

Place needs attention. Dirty and stained carpet, furniture, smelled like faint cigarette smell, burn marks in furniture, broken elevator and automatic doors to entrance of hotel. Do not recommend.

Furniture and rooms need renovation. Add eggs in breakfast

Best word to describe it is .. ghetto the place is a dirty, unkept. the most uncomfortable hotel i have ever stayed at.

We arrived @10:30 with a reservation and it was after 11:30 before we w were in our rooms with everything.

The rooms were filthy and they wouldn’t let me check in til after 3pm the door lock was broken the room wasn’t clean no towels or toilet paper the area was very unsafe and lots of paraphanelia all over parking lot I was terrified

Made reservations through Expedia and the date I input was changed during the process and it was set for a few weeks later. I tried to cancel through Expedia, but they were no help. I requested a cancellation and refund the same day I made the reservations, and still haven't received my refund.

Property and room was dirty and unkept. Elevator didn't work. The Mgr lets thugs hang out in the parking lot to sell drugs. No amenities available. Very bad experience.

When I showed up is when they decided to tell me my reservation was canceled and I still haven’t gotten refunded
