Super 8 by Wyndham Vallejo/Napa Valley

This property was a rat hole. Enter the motel to a dog walking on the counter. Property smelled. Elevator was out of service. Stair railings desperate need of painting. Hallway was littered with paper on the floor. Was supposed to have non-smoking room. obviously that was not the case. I’ll never stay in a super eight motel again!

There was fresh dog crap on the hall carpet when we left. The peep hole in the door was just a hole drilled in the wall. We slept on top of the blankets. Everything was stained. We didn't know if our car would still be there in the morning.

This was a very eye opening experience for me. I just wanted an overnight stay to give my Grandson a break from the car. When we pulled up there was a car parked right outside the front desk that for sure was doing shady deals, the breakfast was no longer included (even tho it advertised having one) the rooms were dark and dirty, smoke was coming from downstairs, broken elevator, and just a hotel full of sketchy people. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND UPGRADE, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

Great staff easy going people grocery stores right across the street

The property was under renovations which was not disclosed at booking. After checking in but my room wasn’t ready which was ok we were early I asked to use the bathroom. I had to use the staff bathroom behind the desk which was very dirty. No soap to wash your hands and no towel to dry them. We walked out and looked around the property only to find people hanging around the parking lot. Broken down cars and laundry hanging over the balconies. Someone driving by me in the parking lot said something to me which made me feel very uneasy. Also the elevator was broken. After this we checked the reviews only to find out this has been going on for months. We were disappointed in expedia for recommending the super 8 by wyndham in vallejo/ napa valley. We thought being in napa would be nice. We found another hotel to stay at. Do not recommend staying here

Right next to a multi-lane highway. Mold in bathtub. Poorly done maintenance.

Aside from it being a little unclean.. the hospitable staff makes all the difference so I would definitely stay there again!

Scary location and room smell of cigarette smoke it was disgusting.

Good area, near facilities

I understand that they’re undergoing renovations, but this place was just plain dirty and in complete disrepair. The comforters were full of cigarette burns, the towels were stained, the bathroom had mildew on the ceiling and walls. I would’ve gotten a refund and left if it weren’t so late and my kids weren’t so exhausted. I wouldn’t recommend this place and I won’t be going back.
