Tv did not work facility was very filthy a lot of drug activity and completely unsafe

They could not find a room for me. 5 different rooms and all had issues. TV does not work in any of them. Usually do not complain. Once i settled into the room everything was fine. Thanks.

I reserved a king non-smoking room. They only had a queen room that reeked of tobacco, and was bug infested. I immediately went back to check in to complain. They had no other rooms. They said they would refund me.

Drove by the property and it was in a rough neighborhood. I didn’t feel safe parking my car there let alone sleeping there. We went to the Radisson instead much safer and cleaner

Looked like there had been a fight in the hallway - trash strewn around - scary looking people outside hanging around the only entrance - smashed up cars in the parking lot - scary guy in the hallway giving me the stink eye - lock on the door was hanging on - wouldn’t open - desk clerk came up and got the door open - tv was “on” but just static and an error message on screen - no controller and couldn’t turn it off - lamps weren’t working - found out there was no electrical outlets! Desk clerk came back up and I said I wanted my money back - couldn’t stay - she said she understood and told me to go to motel across the street and that the manager would refund my payment tomorrow on line

We have always stayed at this hotel when traveling to this area but this time it was horrible, room was not clean, smoke smell when i asked smoke free, last day it was flooded of water from next door room

What I really like about the property is the management is great cleanliness is great your needs met well done I got to give Motel 7 a 10

upon arrival to the hotel, you know that the place is not safe, dirty and some of the guest are of questionable character. Good that we were able to cancel the reservation and look other place to stay.

I did not like that in the web it looks nice, but when I get there is all trash and is not clean

Nothing was great about this location. I was given a room which looked like it was broken into. The room Had a broken TV, clothes hangars, toilet paper holder, soap holder, and many other items of the room. I had to check out same day and same hour I walked in. There are also many inviduals that are selling drugs literally in front of the doors. If you have a family refrain from booking this location. Unless you plan to live at the location like many other individuals do. I wish I could get my money back but it looks like they need it more than I do.
