Unsafe, we end up not staying and paying more to be in a safer spot

Roaches all over the room

Was dirty , two guys are outside of the building with guns it was bad I didn’t stay I leave

It was filthy and run down. Drug infested. Dealing drugs at the front door. Gang activity all over in the parking lot all night long. People living there like cheap apartments with animals and fighting all night long my room Smelled of smoke so bad. Breakfast was closed until further notice Do not stay at this location.

Worst room I never stayed at! Room had roaches, heavy cigarette smoking odor, furniture and bed spread had burnt marks and cigarette holes. Area not clean or good to leave your car parked there. As soon as we seen the rooms, we turned around and left. I have pics but app won't let me add them.

I didn’t stay there we got there and it was horrible. We ended up staying at a different hotel because that place was not safe at all the person at the front wanted cash when I was told I could pay with card. I don’t recommend it to anyone at all.

The property was unclean and unsafe. There were homeless and a lot of other people outside the property. Inside it smelled atrocious, and the room had ripped sheets, smelled putrid, and the general condition was disgusting.

Bad service overall!

The only thing is that I didn’t know they were remodeling the hotel before I booked. Other than that, the guy at the front desk was very accommodating and helpful.

We arrived for check in and walked inside the building. It smelled bad, it looked like an abandoned hotel. We went to check in and get our room keys and the receptionist couldn’t find our reservation. He had another employee help him find it and when they did he looked over and was like “sorry we don’t have any rooms for you, some of the rooms flooded” and we were like what? And he said “we’ll refund your card, but you’re going to have to find somewhere else to stay” we didn’t get any advance notice and he didn’t give any suggestions on where we should go. We ended up driving around for about an hour and a half looking for a hotel to stay at. I’ve never had a bad experience with hotels until this one.
