I love this place so much. This is my 6th time here, and for the third time in a row. Every time I'm back here to enjoy time with my family, naturally wood fireplace is most important for enjoy. But it was the first time I was disappointed.

We payed for 2 bedrooms apartments but they gave us 1 bedroom with the second floor open space area, On the day of check-in, when we saw that the apartment did not correspond to what I bought.I contacted the staff and showed them the photos that were offered on Booking. com when I made the reservation.They asked me how I made the reservation, and I answered them on booking.com. To which I was answered in a rude manner? We are not obliged to talk to you, sort it out with booking.com. We have no available apartments.Although the whole next week, the two-room apartments were free. I know this because I vacationed in them. The photos that Booking.com sent me clearly indicated two separate rooms and natural wood fireplace, This is the only reason I reserved this apartment. There was also an old electric fireplace in this apartment that worked intermittently. In the end, for the price of a two-room apartment, they gave me one bedroom with an open space area. The most important thing is the rude attitude of the staff. This is the first time I've seen such rudeness in Canada.In all these years of using Booking.com, I have never had such problems. This was the first time when did photographs did not correspond to reality. It was A 5 apartment, and this is not a 2-bedroom apartment.

Great place to visit any time of year. Lots of skiing, golf, cycling, and the pools are amazing.

The room was supposed to be with a real fireplace. Unfortunately it was a fake one. It was upsetting because we purposely booked a room with a real fire place. They could have noted us in advance . In this way we would have booked a different property with a fire place.

The room exceeded my expectations; it was extremely nice, incredibly clean, cozy, and everything was perfect. I highly recommend it to everyone.
