We had an exceptional stay at Hotel Copernicus. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of the historic Old Town, literally steps away from everything. We stayed in a suite, which naturally came with added comfort and privileges, but beyond that, the hotel itself is outstanding in every aspect. As a couple who travels extensively around the world and truly appreciates high-quality spa experiences, we can confidently say the spa was exceptional. The massage we had on January 1st, right after New Year’s Eve, was absolutely dream-like — one of the best we’ve ever experienced. Being part of the Relais & Châteaux collection clearly guarantees a certain level of excellence, and Hotel Copernicus delivered on every promise. It was truly a perfect choice. What impressed us most was the staff: from reception to housekeeping, everyone was genuinely warm, professional, and attentive. Our room was immaculate and beautifully maintained. We also celebrated New Year’s Eve at the hotel with a seven-course dinner prepared by the chef, which was outstanding. Ending the year with such a refined culinary experience made the evening unforgettable. A special mention goes to the waiter who took care of us throughout the night — her service was impeccable and memorable. We would wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Copernicus to anyone looking for a refined, authentic, and truly special stay in Kraków.
