Sehr gute Lage in einer romantischen Gasse unterhalb des Wawel, ausgezeichnetes Reinigungspersonal

Beim Check in unfreundliche Dame, auch als Backpackerin erwarte ich zumindest die rhetorische Frage, ob ich Hilfe beim Gepäck benötige, ein Stadtplan sollte Standard sein! Eine einzige Enttäuschung ist das a la carte Frühstück: billigster Teebeutel, sog. Krakauer Frühstück ist mit hauchdünn geschnittenen Scheibchen Wurst, Käse, ein bisschen Eiersalat keine Offenbarung. Es wurde ein Croissant für zwei Personen serviert, eigentlich ist in Polen der Frühstücksstandard in Hotels sehr hoch und abwechslungsreich, das kann von diesem Fünf Sterne Hotel leider nicht behauptet werden. Dazu kommt, dass das Personal extrem unmotiviert und nicht geschult wirkt, beim Eindecken wird ohne Handschuhe gearbeitet.

Beautiful building, nice rooms and great location. Staff were very helpful and friendly and spa was lovely

Walls were paper thin and we could hear talking and coughing in the room next door.
