Campanile Cardiff

This was my second visit for this hotel. Super friendly staff from the check-in to check out. An absolute silence in the night enabling you to have a total relaxation in a very comfortable bed and bedding. Nice continental breakfast with fairly good variety but should in my opinion include some cereals. Will definitely come back if I'm back to Cardiff.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and clean and the meals were excellent value

Good for a one night stay to go to a funeral. It is as described, good budget, food very good, comfortable. As an older couple, we would have appreciated a grab handle for bath/shower for safety.

This wasn't the fanciest of places and the rooms weren't anything special but it served its purpose for us just needing somewhere to stay for the night!

Customer service was poor and were given wrong check out details, the staff were very arrogant and didnt wish to assist with much The view was okay and the room was clean Would recommend if your rude to!

We needed cleanliness, warmth & convenience and we got them. Value for money. Could have done with another chair.

2 night stay which was ok Room was clean and functional Little noisy due to being next to the M4 Staff were helpful

Fabulous hotel the staff was so friendly and couldn't do enough to help, the hotel was spotless fair play considering how busy it was will definitely go back and will use this company again. Thank you 😊

Normally the room would be £35.00 and my review might have been all threes i.e. average had that been what I'd paid for it but due to the rugby the management decided to increase the cost of the room to £150 per night (EXCLUDING breakfast) and whilst I understand the laws of supply and demand this is a totally unacceptable increase for the facilities of lack of facilities provided. At best the accommodation is reminiscent of a 1960's holiday camp and the general feel about te place is one of a tired and unloved hotel. Staff were OK, and room was clean so the minimal basics were covered but £150 per night is extortion and does no good for the hotel reputation. Double the standard might have just about been palatable but only just

The hotel was on the side of a steep hill. The actual building with the bedrooms was tired as was the room itself. However, we were only sleeping there. The double bed was very comfortable indeed. The room was quite small and this is typical of rooms in this hotel group. The breakfast was very good, both continental and full English. The staff were very helpful. Reasonable value for money.
