Campanile Cardiff

This is an economy hotel which is need of upgraded beds as the ones they have must be past their best. The welcome was warm as was the departure. The rooms are in need of an update as well but for 1 night the room & bed were adequate.

A very expensive stay in a poor quality cramped room. Never again

Room was clean but basic. Cooked Breakfast very good. All staff very polite and helpful

Didn't get much sleep as there was what sounded like a machine going all night so not much sleep had. I did ask if they could check what the noise was but no one got back to me. Told reception in the morning and he said he would speak to the person who was on the night before later that night, I was only there one night so no good to me.

None of the above applies attempted to cancel as I was unable to make the journey Cancellation not accepted won't be using site again.

Good hotel and nice staff in a convenient location to Cardiff centre. It was also clean and comfortable, however, the bathroom was dated and the shower head wouldn't stay up which was inconvenient.

Excellent price for the room. A little small but clean and functional. Comfy beds. Quaint 'French' feel !

Had to wait about 20 minutes to get checked in but may have just arrived at a busy time. Room was ok, quite small but it was clean. Shower was a dribble and took a while to get the temp right. I would recommend taking your own hair dryer though as the one in the room is about as powerful as the shower! Although it sounds like I wasn't happy it was ok for the price paid. I would probably stay again if needed but only if it was for the one night.

A nice hotel close to the main highway, bus routes and only 4 minutes from ASDA (Walmart). Clean and friendly staff- ask for a second floor room in the back- there is s nice yard that is always full of rabbits! Very entertaining!

Friendly efficient check in. Staff very friendly. Lovely breakfast. Comfortable beds. Peaceful stay.
