"Amazing friendly staff"

Our stay at the Cosmopolitan was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us a lot of information about the island as well as tours and activities. They not only booked a tour for us but called multiple companies to get the best rate for us. They even gave us a phone to carry with us in case we needed to contact the hotel. There is a lot of shopping and dining options just outside the hotel. Our room had a private balcony with an incredible view of the sea and volcano, so we ate breakfast there and on our last night we had our dinner there as we watched the sunset. The food was very good and our waiter was great. I would 100% recommend this hotel.

Lovely location. Stunning view. Everything was to a very high standard. Room very comfortable with lovely seating area outside next to pool. Staff really friendly and professional Lovely breakfast Highly recommended

The location is ideal, the view is breathtaking, the pool is big enough !! The rooms are so clean and confortable. Wait til you get into their bathrobe :) The service is impeccable, the manager took care of my transportation from/to airport and port.

The view on Caldera from the infinity pool is stunning! The cave-like rooms are very cute, although roofs may not be too high (no issue for us). Breakfast on the private terrasse with sea view is delicious and very romantic. Very convenient semi-private transfer from the hotel.

"A gem in Fira!"

Fabulous stay. Had the honeymoon suite. Fabulous included breakfast. Very friendly service. Front desk fantastic attention to detail. They even kept an anniversary secret like pros. Close to everything. Highly recommend.

We were given a cell phone that would call reception for any needs. Wifi was excellent. Restaurant service was perfect, and included breakfast was amazing. I stayed in the standard room and it was a good size, with the bathroom being enormous.
