The Cosmopolitan was the BEST ever! The managers and staff went above and beyond our expectations for everything from helping us book and excursion to dinner Rez to anything in between. The best breakfast ever as well! My husband and I would suggest this hotel to anyone who wants too notch service, the best view on the island and the best experience in Santorini. Thank you Cosmopolitan!!!

"Good staff/service, breakfast "

The room is clean and it’s in a good location of Fira. The balcony has a nice view. Staff is nice and helpful with my luggage transfer to my next hotel nearby.The breakfast is perfect! Only thing is I didn’t sleep well during the night as the room is humid. Not sure if it is due to the hot tube, or I set the temperature too high at 26 degree.

"Nice stay minor issue"

Love our stay here, friendly staffs, rooms is very clean!! The view is beautiful, the only complaints I have with my 2 nights stays are the AC keeps turning off we had to tell them to come fix it the both days we were there. And the loud musics from the club that last until 4am. Other than that everything else was great.

Lovely boutique hotel! The staff were lovely - so friendly. Especially Anna and Sara. Great location too! The only downside was the hot tub in my room. It wasn’t heated and wasn’t so powerful.

Amazing hotel in the heart of Thira. Great infinity pool, delicious breakfast, great and helpful staff. We had a great caldera view suite with a heated jacuzzi. We will return for sure
