La plage est tres belle, l'hotel est "pieds dans l'eau", j'ai aimé la promenade en front de mer de 1.5km ideal pour un jogging matinal, le petit dejeuné est tres bien, tout le personnel est tres accueillant

Rue très turistiques avec nombreux établissements pour turistes allemands et britaniques un peu bas de gamme ce qui est en contrast avec l'hotel qui est lui assez chic. Il faut sortir de la ville pour retrouver des restaurants et magasins plus premium.

L emplacement était extraordinaire ! L acceuil et le personnel étaient au top. La restauration particulièrement haut de gamme nous avons grandement apprécié !

Seul bémol....un seul membre du personnel parlait francais .c est peu ! Et surtout dans le restaurant de l hôtel et restauration de la plage, pas une seule carte en français ....un peu décevant en regard du 5 étoiles.

Personeel was echt top! Super vriendelijk!

Hygiëne zou zeker beter kunnen. Kamer was niet echt proper. Ook niet wanneer we toe kwamen. Onze kamer was heel triest. Ik had speciaal een kamer geboekt met een view en we keken op een muur! Bovendien was de kamer heel donker en niet gezellig. We waren met 3 in 1 kamer en de badkamer was heel klein. Kluis was heel oud! Wij vonden dit geen 5* waard.

Das Frühstück und Abendbuffet waren ausgezeichnet und ich war froh nur drei Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht zu haben, denn sonst hätte ich unglaublich viel zugenommen! Die Hotelanlage und der Blick in die Bucht waren wunderschön. Allerdings war der Ort nicht so wie ich gerne meinen Urlaub verbringe. Sehr viele Bars und Souvenirläden liegen um das Hotel herum. Da ich ganz zum Anfang der Saison dort war und ausser Spaziergängen am Strand das Hotel nicht wirklich verlassen habe, war es mir egal. Ich habe das Hotel sehr genossen. Das Gym war leider schlecht ausgestattet, wie die meisten Hotelgyms, so dass man ausser Crosstrainer und Laufband eigentlich nicht viel dort tun kann. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Mobiliar der Zimmer war schon recht in die Jahre gekommen, was ich für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie nicht wirklich erwartet habe. Die Getränke an der Pool bar waren extrem teuer (Cafe con lache 6.50EUR).
