Banff Rocky Mountain Resort

The room was nice and big, bed and sofa bed were actually really comfy and the bathroom was massive. The shuttle to and from town was very handy

You are quite far out of town, no public busses really go that far up so if you miss the shuttle you’ll probably need to get a taxi

Had to carry suitcases to second floor , no offer from staff to assist

The stay was exceptional. Loved it. Staff was awesome and helpful !!!!

I forgot to mention my husband is disabled and we had stairs to get to our room as we had a 2 bedroom suite, which are on the second floor..

Good hotel. 5 minute drive outside of Banff. Would say very pricey for the area. Maybe shop around before booking.

Badezimmer, Waschbecken usw. waren sehr alt und teilweise verrostet

The property is really mountains view. Every morning I wake up with the mountains and birds humming.

The swimming pool is not a ‘WoW’ for me. It needs a little bit of cleaning although it’s not much in use as guest often go out for outdoor activities but still it requires cleaning and maintenance.
