Spacious 2 bedroom apartment Full kitchen Free carpark

2 levels within apartment. Need to climb stairs to reach apartment located on level 2. No washing machine to complete fully equipped apartment. Strong cockroach smell especially on level 1 toilet. Staff at bar (facing reception) female staff called Dixie (you can do better cos your bad service attitude turns me off - won’t stay at banff rocky mtn resort if it’s staffed by folks like you).

Great staff and nice on site bar and restaurant, plus much needed guest laundry facility. However, the rooms were basic and fairly dated. The resort itself is in a great location on the edge of Banff overlooking the nearby mountain (sorry, can’t remember its name) but you need you use the minibus or it’s a 40 min walk to the centre. The minibus was a bit dirty and beaten up for ferrying guests.

Not a good ambience and not cleaned room as per expectation plus the rooms lighting is too low giving a bad impression I’m beginning …

Cosy and warm.

Staff not a single smile on the face. We already check in our particulars. When the system was down no one came to inform us. When asked they Just told us wait. Very bad attitude.

Location was good, there was a bike trail that was handy. Nice pool

Last year the pool was closed , hot tub open. This year hot tub closed pool open. We arrived at 4pm and the bar was closed, was to have opened at3! Check in very slow, two people behind desk but only one checking people in. At the room the body lotion was empty and never refilled or replaced. Pretty shocking last year we paid $119 a night , this year $252 for the same room
