After experiences of 'boutique' hotels that were kitted out with furniture from a well-known budget retailer and cut corners on comfort (e.g. nowhere to hang clothes, just hooks on the wall and open shelving), I enjoyed the old-fashioned quality of the decoration and the emphasis on function (particularly the wooden detailing). The superior double isn't huge, but it does have a balcony with a rooftop view that combines glimpses of the old town with the architecturally rather interesting locality - everything from a surviving wooden house to new high-rise, with some fine interwar and 1960s buildings on the street front also. There are thoughtful details such as proper glasses and cups, not just paper beakers, woollen blankets for sitting out on the balcony in the evening or the morning, a low-light and master switch by the bed, bathrobes and slippers, and so on. The spa is quite small, but was great for de-stressing after a long journey. The breakfast has an abundance of choice from bacon and eggs to fruit and pastries. For the quality, excellent value.

As a small detail, I'd have appreciated a bigger choice of tea (e.g. camomile and green, not just one type of black tea). The transport connections, particularly to the airport, are a bit tricky right now, but that's a city-wide problem (the nearby tramline to the airport is undergoing a huge upgrade and won't reopen till the end of this year).

It was our first time in Estonia, and we found the location excellent for walking to the old town, and a very quiet and comfortable area. The room was 10/10; the bed was super spacious and comfortable, which really made for a very pleasant week. The breakfast was also very complete, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved enjoying the spa after intense days of walking. A very satisfying experience!

Everything was excellent! The only thing I would suggest is having room service, however it's easy to get food delivered with delivery apps.

The room (family studio) was quiet, spacious and clean. The spa included in the price was compact but nice and relaxing (although I'm not sure about the elevator music in the sauna!). The breakfast was generally good (but not great) and had wide selection.

The tap water has a strong taste of chlorine. I don't know if this is the case in all of Tallinn or just this part of town. Small details that could easily be improved: - The breakfast had almost zero local feel or originality, some of the fruits were raw, the bread was only average, the tea (only bags available) selection was limited, and the pancakes were tasteless. - The breakfast staff was too eager to clear our table (even almost took a plate full of food in front of one of us who just briefly looked away). - The breakfast restaurant could have a play corner for children. - We had the "family studio" room for four people, but there were only three sets of plate and cutlery! There was also no dish washing liquid and no sponge or brush. - There were also not nearly enough hooks to hang everybody's towels and bathrobes in the bathroom.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Udało się, że pokoje dostaliśmy przed rozpoczeciem doby. Hotel ładnie urządzony, pokój spory i komfortowy. Śniadania smaczne, ale powiedziałabym, że takie podstawowe. Kawa z ekspresu - duzy plus! Polecam tamtejszy ciemny chlebek! Ogólnie polecam hotel!
