Breakfast was amazing and the room was nice and as described

Reception staff was unprofessional, inefficient and often not available. Cleaning of the room was limited to making a bed and changing towels, nothing was actually cleaned. One day at 8pm in the spa there was family with very young screaming children. Why children, at any age and any time, are allowed into a spa with no swimming pool is very difficult to comprehend.

Шведский стол был великолепен, каждому члену семьи нашлось достаточно вкусных блюд. Спа,хоть и был маленький, но после долгой прогулки по Таллинну, джакузи был самое то, и баня выше всяких похвал. Персонал был готов ответить на все наши вопросы.
