Awesome View and location

A 3 star hotel with a view - and that’s it

The caldera and sunset views at this hotel are absolutely AMAZING, the staff is very helpful and kind, and the rooms are decent. The hotel makes your stay extra special by providing free wine and special snacks once a day. I was overall very happy with my 3 night stay in early October, and only had a few issues which prevent me from providing a perfect rating (I give this hotel 4 out of 5). I booked a honeymoon suite with private jacuzzi in early October. The water in the jacuzzi was consistently room temperature and I had to call for service three times to make the water warmer. It didn't really get much warner and was never really the temperature you would expect a jacuzzi to be. Since it was early October and a bit windy, the water felt too cold to enjoy at sunset and after sunset. From the moment I checked in, I was told that the spa was completely booked for the duration of my stay and I would have to go to Fira if I wanted spa services. This was a disappointment and I would expect hotels to prioritize spa availability for their guests. The shampoo, conditioner, and blowdryer in the room were of very cheap quality (old school blowdryers similar to what you get in motels in the US). Finally, there was a stray cat hanging out on the porch of my room which made me uncomfortable while using the jacuzzi, something that is very hard to control in Greece because there are stray cats everywhere but a bit of a disappointment to my overall experience.

The staff was amazing 😉. To name a few,Anastasia,Christina,Johnny,Hercules, and others like the lady who delivered sweets and liquor and the lady who called the ferry company for us, were so helpful and kind to us. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality! We loved our visit and felt so welcomed.

The most beautiful property on the island. Staff was amazing. If you come to Santorini, you have to stay here.

The hotel is as beautiful as are its surroundings, with magnificent views. Meals were excellent, as were the staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The Honeymoon suite with its private plunge pool was exceptional. One note of caution: there needs to be an extra grab rail above the steps between the bedroom and the pool. On the first night I slipped on the shiny steps and fell, cutting ny head. I had to have a doctor out and receive stitches. The staff rallied round and provided extra mats to place on the steps. Greece tends to be generally lax on health and safety issues compared to UK, and the hotel would benefit from having more hand rails, especially up those many long flights of steps. But the honeymoon was very happy overall, and the little treats brought to the suite each afternoon were a lovely touch.

We stayed at the hotel for our honeymoon. We are so happy and relieved to have picked the Pegasus Suites out of Santorini’s many options. The service was incredible and we were treated like royalty. All the staff members were wonderful - especially catherine and lefteris! The hotel is also sparkling clean! The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of choices. We highly recommend the Pegasus for your Santorini stay!

Cannot say enough positive things about this hotel. The location is what it is...flawless. And even an average hotel with that view on the island would be great. This hotel, however, was soaringly above average with the most incredible staff I've ever encountered.
