Had the best experience here - rooms were very clean and nice. Staff was very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable when it came to cabs, renting ATV, reservations, etc. The view is INCREDIBLE, with a great pool. And the location is steps away from so many dining options, supermarket, rental spots, skaros rock etc.

Not a 5 star hotel, far less nice than other properties — rooms outdated, amenities of a 3 star hotel — “private” hot tubs are not clean and not private — furnishings are cheap and outdated — bed is a “mat” on a mattress box — breakfast is cold and tasteless — room hardware (windows, doors, appliances) need updated. You can hear people surrounding you, the wind outside, etc.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at (and I am well travelled around the world!). The service you will receive at Pegasus Spa & Suite Hotel will leave you wanting to extend your stay. Special mention must go to Jon and Kailla who went above and beyond to make my partner and I’s stay that even more memorable. I cannot emphasise how amazing this hotel is! 10/10! Thank you again Pegasus!!!!!

Great hotel, but very noisy at night due to the wind and design of the outside area. Food was also far from 5*. Breakfast in particular was one of the oddest / low quality I've seen in years. Worth a stay, but take earplugs and eat out.

Great view great restaurant and super location. Close walk to fira and nice and chilled.

I paid for the “Deluxe Room” with a city view and was provided a normal “Classic Room” looking into the side street. I did not the upgraded room that I paid the extra money for. Severely disappointed that the hotel front desk attempted to pass of my room as the Deluxe room and even stated it was a “double upgrade”. I asked the bag boy and he confirmed my room was the Classic Room. I understand the hotel was short on rooms.

The hotel a rooms are beautiful, the service is amazing, the views are something else. The only complain I have, and to be honest a big one, is that the room is too big for the little Air condition they have at the living room area. That room needs a least 2. We put the AC at 16 degree C and the temperature at the bedroom area was 26 degree C.
