Wow! Beyond 5 stars. Excellent rooms, spacious, A/C, decorated to perfection, amazing bathroom, sitting area, champagne waiting in room with signature package…turn down service. Cocktail lounge was excellent. Walkable to everything. I highly recommend this hotel!!!’

Was a nice but not great stay. Restaurant was empty and lacked athmosphere. Some elements of the hotel felt tired outdoor area really tired. Some walls badly scuffed. Still a nice hotel but I wouldn’t return

It was ok. Tub was dirty and we cleaned it. Faucet was broken. Was told it would be fixed the next day. It wasn’t. Volume control knob totally broken. Never fixed. Just attention to details was poor. Breakfast was skimpy as well.

From the outside we were concerned because outside looked a little run down. The inside was lovely. Our room was spacious and clean. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. It was an easy walk about 10-15 mins to downtown Galway.
