CasaBlanca Resort and Casino

This is the place to stay! They need to adjust the pool hours during the summer especially and add better food choices. Other than that it’s a great place to go with the kids!

Room wasn’t nothing like the pictures that was advertised and wasn’t notified about buffet/ restaurants being shutdown prior to booking.

Pool area & Kathrines resturant were great. Our room wasn’t very good. Drains were slow draining. There was someone’s prescription in our safe & socks next to the bed

We have stayed at CasaBlanca many times over the past 4 years, and have always had a good experience. This time, everything was good and up to their normal standards of excellence EXCEPT for our dining experience. We ate one night at Kathrine's Steak House and it was very good. Other than that, every other meal for our 4 night stay was a great disappointment. First of all, there are absolutely NO options to grab something quick and go, Hot dog place is gone, pizza place is gone. Your only option is to eat at their sit down restaurants, which can't begin to hold a candle to the old Casa Cafe. We consistently had to wait 20-50 minutes to get a table. The noise level was "off the charts" and overall, Jersey Joe's was a vast disappointment. We always looked forward to the great food at Casa Cafe, and that was a big part of the reason we stay at CasaBlanca. If and when we return, I guarantee we will be looking off-site for food options. Just sad to see one of the best casino restaurants gone.

We specifically chose this property for their resort pool. When we arrived the staff at the hotel registration was rude and acted like it was a bother to help us. The pool was only open in one small a red an and was too cold to swim.

The place was great. They are doing a bunch of remodeling and it’s looking good. Love the pool. Had a great time.. will definitely come back

Check-in was very fast and the staff was very friendly. The rooms are a little dated but clean and the bed was very comfortable.The hotel is generally very clean along with friendly attendants. Both the restaurants downstairs were very good and the service was excellent. There’s also ample free parking and free Internet access. We also really like the $10 resort fee for each evening. Which we thought was very reasonable. Generally, it was a great stay. The only knock I had was the reception on our room TV. It was not good at all. However, we would still go back to the Casablanca. It’s a very friendly and fun place.

You need to ask for one of the newer rooms. They tried to put us on floor 1 and the room was old and worn. Went back for a better room and were "upgraded".

The only takeaway we found was the tap water for sink and shower smelled bad. The main fountain in the entrance was off taking away from the expected visit.
