Great as always I would suggest a spa pass for 1/2 day for like15$

We have stayed here almost every time we are this way. We are far from young and they put us on floor 1 which I had never heard of. Then we had to almost go all around to the last rooms which is a long hike. Then if you wanted ice you need to start the hike again. That part was awful. The steak house and service was delicious so we did have some good from this trip.

The restaurant Fajitas — I waited 15 minutes just for someone to take my order, at least for a drink, but no one attended us. The staff there provided the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. They served other people, but not us. That restaurant should be shut down. I am just visiting, but I asked my friends here if they had experienced the same, and they told me yes — they had to wait 40 minutes to be seated, while others were let in quickly. Also, the casino charged me an extra $60 for the spa, something they force you to pay even if you don’t want it. I WILL NEVER, EVER RETURN TO THIS HOTEL.

Been here many times. Usually a good experience. Rooms need an update but that’s coming soon they say. New restaurant ( jersey Joe’s) has good food but understaffed. Many open tables they don’t use because of staffing issues

Thought the place was awesome. Fun staff at the bar and pool area was great.

The property was rated lower because it is under construction and reasraunts had just reopened

The renovations are lovely. Miss the cafe but the new restaurants are good. Ate at both

Relaxing and comfortable

Definitely in need of an upgrade as the bathrooms were dirty and old. The beds were comfortable, but just felt like overall this hotel needs a remodel.
