事前に宿泊代を支払いしていたのに、チェックインの時にまたお金払わされた。

We were locked out of our room 30 minutes before checkout. We had to wait for a security guard to come open the door for us and then we had to rush to make it in time for checkout. We tried to go to the Waterpark. When we went to get pur towels, one employee was busy and the other one just ignored us and started helping the people in line after us. After finally received our towels there was absolutely nowhere in the entire Waterpark to sit so we ended up just returning our towels and leaving. Its kind of sad when in-house guests arent allowed to use the facilities because day pass guests congest them all.

子供の遊びの場としては最高です。

部屋が古く、内鍵が壊れていて、中に入れずこまりました。フロントに電話しても、中々こないし、来たマネージャーさんに、直ぐ直して欲しいと、伝えましたが、結局、滞在中は、内鍵を、取り外したまま、すごしました。

プールで楽しんだ

ベッドメイクがなかった。のでタオルの不足して困った。依頼したがフエイスタオルがないと言われた。

子供が思いっきり楽しめるプールやアクティビティが充実していて飽きない。ラウンジの使い勝手も良かった。

少し設備が古めだか、気にならない。
